From tablet delivery to celebration: How our young readers exceeded expectations and earned tablets to keep in just 12 weeks!

When we launched our Pinellas November 2024 cohort last fall, we set ambitious goals. What unfolded over the following 12 weeks exceeded all expectations and culminated in a celebration that honored both achievement and potential.

First Tee – Tampa Bay continues to make significant strides in youth development beyond the golf course. The organization's partnership with the Sing Out and Read (SOAR) program is helping elementary school children dramatically improve their reading skills in just three months.

Sing Out and READ recently celebrated remarkable achievements from our Mt. Zion Fall 2024 cohort in St. Petersburg. The celebration event marked the culmination of months of dedicated reading practice and progress for these young literary enthusiasts.
