Score is the Director of Administration for Sing Out and READ, where she plays a central role in advancing the organization’s mission to improve reading fluency and comprehension for children in underserved communities. She partners closely with the Interim Executive Director and Board of Directors to manage strategic scheduling, executive communications, HR compliance, and organizational planning, ensuring smooth governance and operational continuity. Arlene oversees confidential personnel administration, onboarding, and digital records management, leading more than 10 major initiatives annually and generating over $300,000 in efficiencies while modernizing systems that strengthen accountability and audit readiness. Known for her discretion, executive presence, and ability to create structure in fast‑moving environments, she brings a steady, mission‑driven approach to supporting leadership and sustaining organizational excellence at Sing Out and READ.
